I read this biok because Bill Gates recommended in his Blog. After reading, I found the book is really good.
We want to know how to know a person. But it is really mot easy. You need to know how a person becomes who he is. What impacted his personality. What he went through till the time you meet him. Where is he in his life journey?
And the purpose of knowing a person is not just knowing him, but to know how to work/live with him. Then you should also know what different kind of people want and how they react.
The book tells you about all the points mentioned above. You will find your own answer by yourself.
